To ensure freshness our menu is subject to change daily depending on availability of produce.

At Jessie's we are proud to say we are the first commercial Kombucha micro brewery in the Cayman Islands! All our Kombucha is brewed onsite at Jessie's Juice Bar, Camana Bay. We use organic fair trade teas of only the freshest and highest quality and it really show in the final product.

Jessie has been brewing Kombucha for three years and fine tuned the brewing process making it into the most amazingly

healthy and tasty elixir!! We have tried many other Kombucha and not many have come close the flavoured blends the Jessie has released and also

stayed true to the traditional brewing process making the brew to its maximum health benefits for those that drink.

We are excited that Kombucha will soon be on tap at Jessie's in the coming weeks you will be able to by growler bottles and refill helping us make the 

process more environmentally friendly and sustainable something we are very passionate about at Jessie's Juice Bar.
